As an ACE-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and 75-pound weight-loss veteran, I know a thing or two about healthy living! I know that making healthy choices isn't always easy, but I truly believe it's worth it.

When I coach people in this area, I emphasize my basic principles:
  • Healthy comes in all sizes.
  • You can't work on your ass until you get your head in the right place.
  • Eating whole, real foods is crucial for health and weight loss.
  • Eating healthy fats and delicious treats is an important part of losing weight and living well.
  • Strength training is equally, if not more, important than cardio exercise.
  • There is a type of exercise for everyone! We just need to figure out yours!
  • Making short-term monthly goals makes it easier to stick with just about anything!
